This team worked on site 1: The École de technologie supérieure properties. The goal was to propose development and reuse solutions for this major property owner. More specifically, the designers were to encourage the reuse of the former Dow brewery, taking account of the teaching and research mission of the École de technologie supérieure and the principles of the city’s Master Plan with regard to development and land-use planning in this sector.
