Un Montréal vibrant Sketches
Camille Pomerlo is an illustrator and a Montrealer through and through. Her artworks, entirely hand-drawn, invite us to explore the objects and buildings that surround us, so that they become characters populating our everyday. No surprise, then, that Montréal is her subject. To this familiar landscape, however, she adds a touch of the imaginary, the fantastic, the surreal.
Thus Camille revisits, with a whimsical gaze, landmarks we've seen so often, from Olympic Stadium to Silo No. 5, the Clock Tower, Habitat 67 and Place Ville Marie. Each print is pulled on beautiful, archive-quality paper... You'll want to keep them a long, long time.
