Atelier L'Abri

- Architecture
- Interior design
- Urban design
L’Abri works at both conception and realisation of residential, commercial and public projects. The studio’s activities are split between the office, the workshop and the construction site. Its intricate relationship to the art of construction is central to its design-build approach. From the object to the built environment, the human scale is at the heart of its process. L’Abri illustrated itself by winning various calls for proposal to build public installations and temporary plazas. Its first house design, the Wood Duck, is a simple cost-efficient housing unit made for auto-construction, and has been published worldwide.
