The challenge: invite shoppers to spy on the baker at work, to be part of the process of turning flour into bread. The design: open up an unobstructed area with a clear view of the product and the space where it is made. The product is displayed in a clever, eye-catching system of baskets that are refilled as soon as they are empty. Edgy and marked with a bold, skilfully integrated graphic touch, this is definitely not your grandmother’s bakery.
