Sarah Brousseau and Marie-Christine Rondeau, the designer duo behind Panoplie, secretly hatch plots to create items that are emphatically useful and bring a smile to your face. They want these objets to take their place in your life. To fulfil a simple function. To fill a need that you didn't suspect you had. They have funny names, they spark conversation, and, as intended, they make people smile.

Take Gluk. Customizable combination wine-glass identifiers and coasters that hook onto the wineglass stem to clear up any confusion. Or Tatin, the cork trivet that provides a slice of whimsy to go under your hot beverage or plate. And now Camarade, a case you can use to gather your stuff, roll up, and take anywhere.
