The jury met on August 15, 2011 to evaluate 30 eligible proposals and to designate 4 finalist teams according to the evaluation criteria set out in the competition rules.
The finalists will have seven weeks to produce a sketch.
At the end of the second stage, the finalists will present their proposals to the jury before an audience on November 6, 2011. The jury will reconvene the next days to continue the deliberations and select the winning project. The name of the winning team selected by the jury will be announced in december.
