The jury met on September 14 and 15, 2010 to evaluate 20 applications and to designate 4 finalist teams according to the evaluation criteria set out in the competition rules.
The finalists will have 11 weeks to produce a sketch. At the end of the second stage, the finalists wil present their service offering to the jury on December 15. The name of the winning team selected by the jury will be announced in March, 2011.
