At the completion of Stage 1 of the competition, four anonymous proposals were received and deemed eligible. The jury met on November 3rd to evaluate the proposals, and made the four finalists based on the criteria stipulated in the Competition Rules.
The finalist teams are:
- Catalyse Urbaine + Aedifix+ Architecture
- Projet Paysage + Blanchette Architectes
- GMAD + DWB Consultants + Équipe Laurence
- Collectif Escargo + CLCa Diana Cardas Architecte
These finalists now move on to Stage 2 of the Competition, for which they must develop their proposals into service offerings, including a sketch, to be presented at a jury hearing on December 16 2021. The jury will deliberate the next day and select the winning project, which will be announced in January 2022.
