In all, 17 admissible proposals were submitted, with 4 finalists selected by the jury.
At this initial stage, in the interest of transparency and openness to emerging designers, the selections were made on the basis of proposals submitted anonymously by contestants.
The second stage consisted of public presentations by the finalists in front of the jury, on September 7, 2017.
