The jury met on June 19, 2017 to evaluate 15 applications and to designate 4 finalist teams according to the evaluation criteria set out in the competition rules.
The finalists had 8 weeks to produce a sketch. At the end of the second stage, the finalists presented their service offering to the jury before an audience on October 10, 2017 at Maison de la culture Maisonneuve. The jury reconvened on October 11, 2017 to continue the deliberations and select the winning project.
The name of the winning team selected by the jury was announced October 20, 2017.
