The jury met on June 19, 2017 to evaluate 15 applications and to designate 4 finalist teams according to the evaluation criteria set out in the competition rules.
The finalists will have eight weeks to produce a sketch. At the end of the second stage, the finalists will present their service offering to the jury before an audience on October 10, 2017.
The jury will reconvene on October 11, 2017 to continue the deliberations and select the winning project. The name of the winning team selected by the jury will be announced in October 2017 and will be the subject of a recommendation to award a contract to city council at the beginning of 2018.
The 4 finalists are:
- Chevalier Morales Architectes (engineering: Tetra Tech QI inc.)
- Consortium in situ atelier d'architecture + DMA architectes (engineering: Les services EXP, Bouthillette Parizeau)
- Dan Hanganu architectes + EVOQ Architecture (engineering: NCK, Pageau Morel)
- Saucier + Perrotte Architectes / DFS inc. (engineering: Cosigma / Latéral / Bouthillette Parizeau)
