On April 2, at the end of the first stage of the competition, the jury met to evaluate 13 anonymous proposals that met the requirements. From these, four finalist teams were selected based on the competition rules. The finalists then completed the final stage of the competition, producing a sketch. These sketches were presented at a public event on 4 November, after which the jury selected the winning team.
