The Service du développement économique and the Bureau du design team have moved to a new location: 700, rue de la Gauchetière Ouest, 28e étage, Montréal (QC) H3B 5M2.
The tour, built in 1983, was designed by the american architect Sylvia Gottwald-Thapar.
