Chocolat boréal

Chocolat boréal is a Nordic-influenced chocolate factory whose mission is to make good chocolate accessible. Chef chocolatier Ludovic Fresse has made this his motto: everyday life becomes tasty when served with chocolate, so why wait for special occasions? By founding Chocolat boréal in 2017, he decided to offer a whole new experience to gourmets: chocolate with boreal flavors delivered to the home or office. In a short time, the customers adopt this brand identity because it corresponds to their values of local and eco-responsible sourcing. All of the chocolates are produced from a manufacturing workshop located in Montréal which also offers solutions to businesses through customization processes.
