The jury met on October 16, 2017 to evaluate 20 proposals and to designate 4 finalist teams according to the evaluation criteria set out in the competition rules.
The finalists will have seven weeks to produce a sketch.
At the end of the second stage, the finalists will present their proposals to the jury before an audience on January 11, 2018. The jury will reconvene the next day to continue the deliberations and select the winning project. The name of the winning team selected by the jury will be announced in February 2018.
The 4 finalists are:

- Arcadia Studio + PARA-SOL
- civiliti + François Courville + UDO Design
- Mousse Architecture de paysage + Collectif Escargo + Gravitaire
