The jury met on February 26, 2013, to evaluate 7 admissible anonymous proposals and to designate 3 finalist teams according to the evaluation criteria set out in the competition rules.
The finalists will have 2 weeks to produce an original concept for a video projection that will delve into Saint-Laurent’s past and explore the current mosaic of its citizens as well as the borough’s multicultural character.
At the end of the second stage, the finalists will present their proposals to the jury on March 19, 2013. The name of the winning team will be announced in June 2013.
