In the Development category, 15 proposals were submitted, with 3 winners and 1 mention selected by the jury.
In the interest of transparency and openness to emerging designers, the selections were made on the basis of proposals submitted anonymously by contestants.
These proposals highlighted the uniqueness and friendliness of the Quartier latin. Some of the winning concepts depicted place Pasteur as a hub of the district, while others focused on the pedestrian experience and sensational, colourful avenues, particularly along Saint-Denis and around the UQAM buildings.
