The jury met on November 16, 2017 to evaluate 7 applications and to designate 4 finalist teams according to the evaluation criteria set out in the competition rules.
The finalists will have 9 weeks to produce a sketch.
At the end of the second stage, the finalists will present their proposals to the jury before an audience on February 21, 2018. The jury will reconvene the next day to continue the deliberations and select the winning project. The name of the winning team selected by the jury will be announced in February and will be the subject of a recommendation to award a contract to city council in April 2018.
