The jury met on January 18, 2011 to evaluate 11 applications and to designate 3 finalist teams according to the evaluation criteria set out in the competition rules.
The finalists had 4 weeks to produce a sketch. At the end of the second stage, the finalists presented their service offering to the jury on February 25, 2011.
The name of the winning team selected by the jury was announced March 15, 2011.
