2020 Innovative Request for Qualification

These teams were pre-qualifed through the request for qualification process and then selected by random draw or based on their profile

Design/production of “winter stations” for parks, squares, or alleyways near shopping streets in Montréal boroughs

The draw was held on October 29, 2020, with 18 of 19 boroughs participating, 18 winter stations to develop, 18 teams invited to the first round (A), and 18 other teams (B) selected should an A-round team withdraw.
