The jury convened on October 17, 2019, to study 23 proposals deemed eligible and select four finalist teams based on the evaluation criteria stated in the Competition Rules.
At the second stage of the competition, the finalists will refine their proposals and produce a sketch. They will present their service offerings to the jury on January 16, 2020. The jury will then deliberate and select the winning project, which will be announced in February 2020.
