At the completion of Stage 1 of the competition, 17 applications were received and deemed eligible. The jury have met on June 10, 2021, to evaluate the applications, and select four finalist teams based on the criteria stipulated in the Competition Rules.
For the finalists, the second stage consisted of developing their proposals and producing a concept/sketch. At the conclusion of this stage, the finalists submitted a proposal and presented it to the jury on October 20, 2021. The jury deliberated the following day and selected a winning project.
