The jury met on September 14 and 15, 2009 to evaluate 33 applications and to designate 4 finalist teams according to the evaluation criteria set out in the competition rules.
The finalists will have 4 weeks to produce a sketch. At the end of the second stage, the finalists will present their service offering to the jury on December 9, 2009. The jury will reconvene the next day to continue the deliberations and select the winning project.
The name of the winning team selected by the jury will be annouced in February.
